Delhi is the capital of India and the headquarters of the Indian government, meaning that there is a lot of significance and importance to its structure and position. We’ve never started off a list of gay hotels with a five-star establishment before, but we promise that the Lalit isn’t as daunting and expensive as that label makes it sound.
Even though it’s right in the middle of just about everything going on in Dehli, the Lalit is remarkably inexpensive, and that’s without tallying up the countless benefits of staying there and the money saved in doing so.
The Lalit is popular with families and couples, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy its luxury on your own. The hotel has it all, ranging from a valet service, a pool that receives no end of praise from visitors, a spa to unwind at the end of the day, and enough space to host any event you could have.
If you’re the type who lives for the meal and the homely relaxation, you be pleased to learn that in addition to its in-house restaurant, the Lalit provides both a dinner and a breakfast buffet to guests, which is sure to be welcome after a good night’s rest in the luxurious, exclusive rooms that the hotel has to offer.

The price tag might be quite low, but once you’ve seen this hotel’s insides, it will come as no surprise that the Eros Hotel is yet another one of the gay hotels on this list to have five stars! As you’ll hear us repeatedly say throughout the rest of this list, many hotels in Delhi jump to five stars, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re as unaffordable as one generally associates with the phrase.
The Eros Hotel is a sharp up-swing in quality and location from the Ashok Maurya and isn’t much more expensive than that hotel.
As compensation for the middling price tag, however, the Eros offers everything that one can expect from a place that takes up the label of five stars – an outdoor pool, wonderful AC, laundry and room services, a spa, a fitness center, and – as an added benefit – hot tubs in some rooms.
Suppose location is something you’re trying to focus on. In that case, you’ll be happy to learn that the Eros Hotel is only a three-minute walk from the nearby metro station, and the building overlooks the Astha Kunj Park, which is again definitely an improvement in the view from the Ashok Maurya.
There is even an elevated class of rooms, known as Club level, which grants their guests access to a private lounge that offers free food and drinks, which is truly a unique opportunity that will most probably end up saving money eating out by the end of your trip.

Delhi is a busy city, and many neighborhoods can be difficult to navigate as a foreigner, thanks to crowded streets and sparse public transport availability.
