The workers were very polite and my husband loved the breakfast! Room right off of the elevator which was very nice not having to walk down a long always. I originally booked only one night but then decided to come for 2. They made it easy to change no trouble at all!!!

The room was good the only thing I had a problem with was I traveled over a hour and half to stay there to get away only reason we left home and I was up all night because someone pulled the fire alarm I was told they could not do anything beside give me a free breakfast which I wasn’t hungry cause I was up all night long I was tired and cranky mad angry
Well.. I got rear ended. The car took off. I followed it.
Well.. I got rear ended. The car took off. I followed it. She finally stopped a couple blocks down. I got the license plate (picture) and a picture of the car. I talked to the driver who took off again.
The Ohio police will not charge her unless i come down and identify her through a photo line up. I don’t think i could identify her through photos. She was wearing a lot of make up and false eyelashes.
Long story short, the Ohio police department knows who she is and will not charge her. Off she goes… and me with a smashed car 😡

We were in Toledo for a concert and chose to spend the night...
We were in Toledo for a concert and chose to spend the night so we could dine out after the concert and do some Christmas shopping the next day. We had lunch at The Blarney Irish Pub which is within walking distance of the hotel. Excellent food and fun atmosphere. Then we had spirits and appetizers at the hotel restaurant Napa after the concert. This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you are attending an event at the Huntington Center. The hotel itself is nice and clean and the reception desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Loved the zoo and museum shopping was fun but accommodation at the Fairfield marriot were abominable. Hot tub didn't work( clearly has not in a long time) no lights or power in fitness room and hallways /room were unclean

The area around Owen Corning World Headquarters had great...
The area around Owen Corning World Headquarters had great walking path and river view for after dinner walk. Toledo pride was going on and unfortunately there was some very non family like behavior noted on street so the path and park area close to hotel was nice to escape that element of adult behavior and drug use.

We enjoyed the Casino, and my husband liked the fishing! There is a great restaurant called"Bubba's" that was very good, I think we ate there 4 of the 5 nights we were there! Even with the construction it was very easy to get around, great signage! It was a great place to experience! There is also a very large shopping mall with lots of great stores!

I had a limited experience here but I would keep it that way. Not a destination city and wasn’t really a pleasant layover en route to my destination. Mainly trucks and auto work and strip clubs and strips of fast food.
For as close to I-75 as it is, the room is very quiet.
Though most nearby fast food places close a bit early, the Meijer across the street is open until midnight.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the furnishings are in very good condition.
The individual heat pump and mini-fridge are also very quiet when their compressors turn on, so they didn’t wake me like many similar units did in other hotels.
The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were friendly and attentive.
I used to work in the hospitality industry so my expectations are very high. This hotel never disappoints me!
From the warm , friendly greeting, to the sparkling clean rooms and very hearty breakfast choices; it is consistently doing everything right and then some! Also, the location is a very convenient stopping point if traveling by car. We were heading to visit my son in Chicago and we always choose this location as our stopping point to recharge for the night.
The hotel staff do not take care of problems properly. They let people and take part of the parties where people scream and yell all through the halll ways till 4 am slamming doors. I had ordered the jacuzzi room to which i had to clean the jacuzzi myself, and when i went to sit in the computer chair, it was previously broken and i fell out of it because it was barely standing as it was. I'm a traveler and I have stayed in many hotels but this was by far the worst.
Everything was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable room. Mini fridge. Microwave. beverage maker. Everything was exceptionally Clean! The Complimentary breakfast Had an array of hot food and everything imaginable. Even the parking was perfect! This is where we prefer to stay when we travel to Toledo and will recommend Holiday Inn to our friends!
I love that the room was clean. I do a thorough cleaning/disinfecting every time I check into a hotel. I was very pleased to find that the room was already very clean. My disinfectant wipes showed no signs of dust or dirt. I was thrilled as this has not been my experience at other hotels.
We LOVED our view of the baseball park from our room. We attended an evening game and it was a beautiful night. The hotel location to attend a game is the best, just a short walk. The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, noise was minimal.
At over 100 sqm the apartment was huge. It was very clean and had all facilities we could possibly need. It is located in downtown and the price won't differ much if one would choose to stay at a similar hotel in the outskirts of town.
Front desk staff was very accomodating. My room was clean. I have had good previous stays at this hotel. It is convenient to my family, shopping and activities that I enjoy. I will lkely stay again in the future.
