By accident a pic frame fell on my in laws in the middle of the night that’s hung up behind the bed. They got a bit bruised and a little blood came out. It was a loose nail that the picture was hanging on. But besides this the property and location was good.

The room was super clean and new / bed size was big enough. I liked that the front entrance and doors are only accessible to guests—felt very quiet, private and safe. The location is great too, just a short walk from the station, so getting around, especially to Hongdae, was super easy.

An amazing and vibrant city where you can chose the busy areas to very quiet locations. The locals are sweet and very helpful. Everything is very reasonably priced. The transport system is top notch. The traffic is crazy so you need to pay attention at all times. Bring super comfy shoes.

Seoul is simply beautiful - every corner feels like stepping into a K-drama. From the serene Cheonggyecheon Stream to the iconic Namsan Tower, everything looks picture-perfect.
The food ignites your taste buds with every bite, and the cleanliness of the city is almost unbelievable. The metro system is, in my opinion, the best in the world - efficient, spotless, and easy to navigate.
But what truly makes Seoul special are its people: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I would return in a heartbeat.

This was my second time to Seoul.
This was my second time to Seoul. After my first trip, I didn't think of going back. I only went this time, because my daughter was studying there. However, the charms of Seoul drew me in, this time. I love it that there are so many mountains and trails to climb and discover all within a city! It's really fascinating! I climbed up three peaks, and now, I would like to return to try the other mountains! Found a charming neighbourhood, Buam-dong, too.

What a great city!
What a great city! The true harmony between modernity and past. A place full of contrasts, very clean, where we can find five palaces very well preserved, old villages where we can stay in traditional houses called Hanoks, impressive temples, parks, greenery everywhere, mountains, lovely places to seat outside, beautiful shops, great restaurants, an enchanting stream to stroll around day and night and a very lovely atmosphere. Seoul is the soul for South Koreans and for us, rests in our memories forever.

Seoul has good and affordable public transport.
Seoul has good and affordable public transport. We found the city interesting with good tourist attractions, and the locals were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the DMZ, traditional villages, and palaces tours.
After leaving a disappointing “3 star” hotel, we stayed at a very good IHG “3 star” hotel and had an excellent stay there.
We recommend visiting Seoul, but select accommodation wisely!

I love to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hongdae.
It was lovely stay.
Hotel room is not big but bed is comfortable.
Breakfast was good !!
Staffs are so friendly and helpful.
Location is super nice !!
We can use metro to go anywhere in Seoul.
Hotel downstairs there is AK Plaza and a convenient store a few restaurants.
Overall we are very satisfied with staying at this hotel.
There is coin Laundry at 16F which is very convenient. There is airport railroad metro to airport downstairs of hotel.
The room I booked was spacious for me and my friend. Everything is nice and clean. The bed was so comfy.
The hotel location is what I really impressed as I can use public transfer by airport bus, train with less of walking. You can also visit Gangnam shopping area by walking distance, 10mins by train to the COEX mall. Recommend for those who has a super tight schedule and need to visit many places. If i have a chance to visit Korea, I'll stay here again for sure.
Great location. Close to subway Station and it's right at the end of myeongdong shopping street. super convenient for a person whom doesn't like to waste unnecessary steps like me.
my room came with full windows overlooking the city street which was nice.
the bed and pillow was one of the best we had amongst all our hotel stay in South korea.
The place was so convenient to find food and go shopping and it's much cheaper to shop from that area compared to myeongdong market..
Will definitely recommend to stay there because I'll stay there again if I go back to Korea...
this is second time we staying in this hotel, the location is the best as it is close to samsung station and close to coex ,easy access to airport bus services, close to gangnam station, can get around easy with subway or bus
