The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Chile, and it was fine but was the nicest place we stayed. I guess that is because it is in a big city. Breakfast wasn’t included for the price. It is in a safe and comfortable part of the city.

Santiago is very modern clean nice city. Comfortable for travelling, it is easy to orient around. A lot of greenary, wide platan boulevards and many parks. Interesting museums and nice old center of the city. We enjoyed our stay at Santiago.

We only spent two nights in Santiago and organized a day trip to Valparaiso which was pleasant enough however it would have been good to see some more of the countryside rather than just the city. We didn't really have a chance to see all that much and the visas for Chile were a pain to aquire.

Santiago is a very congested city, awful traffic and lots of smog. Food can be good though. Not much to do here, except a few places like Cerro de Santa Lucia, Museo de La Moneda, parque Bicentenario etc...

2 nights in Santiago were perfect for our three week trip of Chile.
We stayed in a quiet, safe area (Vitacura at the Noi).
Many high-end shops and restaurants were within walking distance.
The city is billed as not being that safe downtown, but we didn't experience issues during our brief stay (May out of season and quiet on a Monday/Tuesday).
The city is very polluted and smoggy not helped with the mountains and nearby mining activities.

The city is a sprawling typically grid designed place.
The city is a sprawling typically grid designed place. It has an excellent metro. There’s actually more to visit than you think at first not least the Museum of Memories that should be a must for everyone. It can feel a bit edgy in certain places and at certain times but by using a bit of common sense it shouldnt be an issue. The coast is around 90 minutes away and there are many options re vineyards. Arriving during the day by bus from Mendoza was a highlight. Give it a go!

Very cool neighborhoods (Lastarria, Bellavista, Italia...), beautiful architecture, plazas, and history, vineyards close by, even bird watching in the foothills! Lots of great restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Uber is cheap and fast. The market area (not just Central Market) is a sight!

Hotel is located in the heart of Santiago. Neigbourhood is safe and nice. I asked for transfer from the airport to the hotel - price was acceptable and I felt very comfortable with that especially in the middle of night. Room was big, with good lighting and nice equippement. Breafast was very tasty and fresh (I liked especially fresh fruits). Staff was very helpful and caring. I felt very safe in the hotel.
The whole stay was perfect.
Great hotel and breakfast was really good.
Staff are very nice and do anything to help.
Located in one of the best areas in Santiago, great value for money and bonus the shower is fab too! Thank you for a great stay.
Hotel is location in one of the best areas of Santiago with great views on the Andes.

Staff were very accommodating and tried their best to keep customer happy despite the poor facilities.
Perfect location for connections at Santiago's Airport. Super friendly staff, awesome breakfast and facilities, including swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel's restaurant is amazing, don't hesitate in trying the delicious grilled octopus.
Excellent location for Santiago airport, they offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel.
Breakfast very good, loads of choice.
