The room was very nice and the space Was very good
I love Panama city but just went for a funeral. So was only there for 2 days. The beach is not like it was when I was young. We wanted to walk on a pier but now you have to pay which to me is ridiculous. I still love PC but it is definitely different.

Panama City is a very busseling city.
Panama City is a very busseling city. We were lucky to have friends in nearby Lynn Haven so we did some things that were unexpected by us. The last thing we did was to visit Bear Creak Reserve, ware they teach you about big cats both native and not native. All monies that you pay go to feeding and medicine for thse great animals that are trained to interact with the guest.

The beaches were clean, excellent and vibrant. Most of the restaurants were great , excellent shopping malls and strip malls. We ate at Juicy sea food, Paula Deen’s Restaurant as well as Jinjin Chinese fusion etc ..etc. I will never eat at Whataburger anymore, cold fries , cold burger and very poor quality service.

Everything you need within a short drive of Red Roof including the beach. Po' Folks food was great. Staff was very attentive. Granny Cantrell's was amazing with the train that ran around the room on tracks close to the ceiling. The buffet was really down home cooking. Only thing is Baby County doesn't allow pets on the beach. But other counties do.

My wife I grew up in Panama City. Before hurricane Michael, Panama City was very nice, however since the hurricane there is still a lot of damage. It is so sad to see all the damage that is still there. The Panama City beaches weren't hurt as bad and most (if not all) of the damage has been rebuilt. But the neighborhoods, Parker, Springfield, Callaway, Tyndall Air Force Base, still have much damage. Tyndall Air Force Base is just a shell of its former self. All the of base housing has been leveled with bulldozers and hauled away.

Panama City has gotten run down. Food prices are over the top and the food is generally not up to par. We've been coming to PCB for 20 years and now we're done. It's just not worth it anymore.
Newly built hotel. convenient location especially if arriving on late flight into Panama City. modern decor in hotel and room. very comfortable king bed.
the night manager was great. very friendly. he was extremely helpful when their was a problem with the climate control unit in our room. the night manager was able to get us another room that was quiet.
the hotel assistant manager was also very helpful and professional in addressing our concerns and made things right.

No soap during our stay of 4 days , nothing to shower with n was only told sorry. Mattress had two holes in it , asked for another room n told booked up . It’s a 5 floor motel . Dirty/dusty room. Wrote my name on tv stand on credenza. Eventually turned the bed around myself because front desk personnel were busy . Sad manager n lazy night manager . Should received some compensation back for miserable Xmas accomadations . Refund not points . Will not stay at laquinta’s again .
Best part was when we finally got back in to our room after the key system failed. This was some 3 1/2 hours later. No member of staff had access and those that did weren't even close to the hotel when we first left and when we returned to retrieve our possessions. They even said there was nothing in the room when we returned but they hadn't been able to access it
Florida is humid, very humid. Most hotels smell like mildew and the carpets are damp. Comfort Inn, apparently from the start, put dehydrators in every room - and that made a super huge impact on comfort! It matters!!!! Breakfast was pretty good and it changed up every day. I'll definitely stay there again if only for the dehydrated rooms if nothing else.
The location was a good place to end each day. Shops and restaurants were nearby. It was fairly quiet even being off of 2 main roads. The entire mall was shut down and closed. It was easy to navigate the area and day trips north to other state parks. It was a short drive to the beach. The ENTIRE staff was superb and very friendly.
Hotel has obviously recently been renovated. Room was exactly what you would expect for the price. Air conditioning was cold, both hot and cold water worked. Only a few minutes from Front Beach and Thomas Dr. Lots of food and shops nearby. Shouldn’t have to drive father than five minutes for anything you may need.
It’s a nice hotel. The room was very clean and very comfy. Overall a great stay! The staff was really great hats off to them! It was even nicer than pictured. The atmosphere was great, everyone seem very nice. The hotel was close to literally everything (walking distance too). Stay here!
We travelled around the Florida. This hotel was very cozy and feel homy. Very noce to be in and you find everything on kitchen what you need. Personal was very friendly and flexable to extend our lately check-out. Place was very clean.
