Attentive and friendly staff who will go above and beyond to service the guests. Hardy and gourmet breakfast made to order with variety of Western and Mexican food options on daily basis. Fresh squeezed OJ and fresh baked bread (multigrain, wheat and sourdough) with Nutella spread. Good food serve for lunch and dinner. Centrally located and walking distance to beach, shopping areas, restaurants, stores, and tourist sights. Transportation we arranged to/from the airport to hotel are both reliable. Good happy hour, meeting other guests and local people. Had a bonus on our last night to grace and enjoyed the debut of Open Microphone Karaoke at the hotel hosted by Nick Rogers and Fernandina. Muchos Gracias - Joselo, Gabriel, Jorge, Poleth (welcoming smile), Hugo and Carmen (who handled my special request for our room.)

The Mercurio has a swimming pool open 24 hours a day, as well as a pool bar open until late. Massage can be arranged on request. The staff in the Mercurio will be happy to offer advice on what to see and where to go. A gourmet breakfast is offered each day.
