The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

Good location but needs serious upgradition to fix the traffic, no one follows the rules, serious traffic Jam for no reason just before the toll gate close to the Radisson Udyog Vihar .. so don't travel around 5 to 7pm towards the hotel as it will take a long time to just move few meters.
With lot of construction the dust is everywhere and I think that needs to be suppressed and controlled to avoid getting too many people sick !! Something must be done to control the Mosquitoes !!

Not a city for a tourists. It is a destination for business travellers. Some places have world class facilities & outlook. Some places have rickety infrastructure. Good thing is auto rickshaws, cabs, small shops - all take UPI payment.

I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

AC is not working. Hot. Water is not available everywhere taps leakage. Bed sheets are not properly washed. Towel is also not provided. After asking, they have arranged one which is again not properly washed.

The property exceeded my expectations after having not so good experiences in other places in the area. Both Ram and deepak were always there to help and make my stay comfortable. They even went out of their way to make sure that my stuffs get delivered at the hotel, booking me ride hailing services and accommodating my requests made at odd time of the day. After having not so good experience in other hotels in gurgaon , this place made my travel to gurgaon a pleasurable one.
And the WiFi is amazing.
Excellent service! I have been to a number of 5star hotels and I can say the service here was by far the best. We were extremely well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful the food was amazing I honestly had no complaints. I actually wanted to extent my flight for a few days to stay longer. Sanjeev at Delhi airport who was part of the team for our airport transfer was great he literally took care of everything for us and even helped our other family members who we met at the airport.
I have been to many hotels in Gurgaon and belive me Confort Inn Dhaliwals is the best.

I had a situation where a group in a room next to mine was partying and we requested management to shift us to another room, and we were shifted to new room which proves them to be the best in class with impeccable customer services.
I had a fantastic stay at Saltstayz Sage. The hotel's spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and the banquet hall was perfect for our gathering. The gym and terrace provided great relaxation options, while the dining area offered delicious meals with a view. Situated in Gurgaon's prime location, it's ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. Saltstayz Sage is definitely my go-to hotel in Gurgaon.

They have a heritage story being one of the oldest hotels in Gurgaon and have been
able to maintain their legacy well.
Their in room menu is good and includes something for everyone. We loved the chicken curry dinner and the chicken club sandwich we had.
They were kind enough to change my to accommodate my requests. All in all a fab experience. Kudos to the staff.
The hotel is nice & the staff is also good. But the bed linen was totally unexpected. They were used ones..& in bad shape. Even the towels were used one but after we asked for another, we were provided fresh ones. The location is just opposite the lane of sahara mall gurgaon, so it's good. They really need to focus on cleanliness. Rest everything good.
Hotels are meant for hospitality. It's not a skill, it is instilled or adequately trained. People are good, courteous and accomodative. They are prompt with their responses. Infrastructure is adquate. Rooms are well lit and well built. You wl definitely look forward to visit again. Wonderful experience. For business, solo or family.
The room was cozy, well maintained and clean. All basic amenities were present. The washroom was clean and spacious. No issues with service or facilities. The location was ideal and close to the metro as well as accessible via cabs. I loved that mattress compared to other hotels that were not as soft as you would expect.
