Good basic hotel, nothing fancy, just what I needed.
Staff was super friendly, addressed me by name each time I came in. They offered some coffee when I checked in.
Wifi works, TV in the room, good A/C (needed in this hot climate) and a small balcony overlooking the street.
The cucuta town area isn't really special but I was visiting a friend and for that purpose, the hotel was good.

But the hotel is better than the surrounding hotels, my next time I hope there will be a staff member able to speak and understand English, my Spanish is OK, not perfect but don’t have a problem, just to test your standards in hiring employees.
Clear and straightforward, I didn't have to pay upfront and my reservation was made quickly and comfortably. People at the reception were really nice and were able to help up with everything we needed. Hotel is a few minutes from two of the best malls in town (Jardin Plaza and Unicentro) and you can get there via a short taxi ride.
Only spent one night in this hotel but everything was fine. It was perfectly located for me as 5min walk from the bus station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. And above all the staff was great, I was able to leave my bag for 3 days and then pick it up without any problem.
Immaculately clean. Cozy, comfy, beautifully decorated, awesome view, most of the staff very welcoming and friendly, nice breakfast. Cucuta is a rather hectic city, so to speak. Staying there is a really nice break from it all.
The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and good value for money. Location is not in the most beautiful place (which might not even be worth mentioning in Cucuta), but it is really close to the airport.
The location is excellent (before sunset). You will be very close to a lot of attractions. Once sun sets, the area becomes a bit spicy (wink, wink).
I think the hotel is value for money, but in my view is two stars.
