Excellent location and value for money. The hotel is less than 10 minutes to the Sydney domestic terminal, which is what I needed to catch the early morning flight the next day. The rooms are modern and clean, and I also love the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is also close to many good restaurants, and Woolworth is just around the corner for groceries and other supplies. The room was fully equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer - everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. They even allowed me to check-in as early as 9 am at no extra charge even though the official check-in time is in the afternoon.

The location of this hotel is great to visit downtown Sydney. Across the street from the QVB, and the Town Hall subway station, and walking distance from the harbor and opera house (20min), it was very easy to navigate around. The staff was nice to interact with, and always helpful when needed.

Sydney is a beautiful city with a surprising amount of ‘historical’ architecture. Food is varied and of great quality and a visitor should have an open mind to try different cuisines and not just what they are familiar with as it’s a melting pot of cultures. But one needs to get away from just the obvious spots as Sydney is about different suburbs, and not just the CBD. The parks are incredible and anywhere near the water.

There are so many great places to see and visit in Sydney. Getting around is super easy with all the trains, light rail and buses. I loved eing able to get straight to my accomodation with just two train rides. It's also a very pretty, and walkable city.

Sydney was great to visit! So much to see and do! We ran out of time to fit everything in. Will have to come back again! Felt safe wandering around the city and walking most places. Used some public transport that was good too. Everything was easy to understand and work out. Plenty of options for eating, shopping etc. Overall would highly recommend.

Sydney is beautiful, the minute you set eyes on the bridge and opera house, you are in awe. it's just WOW, that water. The city has changed a lot.. used to live there, and not been for 10 years. miss the vibe. Cool shopping, and arts, walking the old streets, everything is easy to walk to in the city, but the buses and trains are just as easy too. Esp airport train so good! So many friendly people, we woudl stop people in street to ask directions or help and found everyone ever so helpful and kind. Didn't get time to visit Grounds of ALexandria, next time.. But we visited Bondi beach, Balmain, and city. LOVE SYDNEY such a great get away..

This hotel is extremely well-located - close to the new light rail system and the train system (for the airport), shops, restaurants, the Royal Botanical Garden, the excellent art gallery, etc. - and just two light rail stops to Circular Quay (for the Opera House and the Rocks). It's a heritage hotel, and has so much more character than most modern hotels. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, given its CBD location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In Australia, the Meriton chain of hotels is the best in the Service Apartments category. * Fully equipped spacious rooms * Ease of availability for all amenities * Centrally located making it convenient to reach all tourist, food, and shopping places within 15-20 minutes. A special mention of Jess and Isabel from the Front Office who made our entire stay extremely comfortable. They were very professional and totally helped us with all our requirements.

Quiet rooms. Rooms look nicer than the photos. They have a boutique hotel vibe rather than the standard decor you get at some hotels. Nice to be greeted by warm welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast. The fruit was perfectly ripe and fresh. The scrambled eggs were particularly good. Location is great for mid town Sydney CBD.
