Good location. 10 mins from the central station. Also only about 35 mins walk from Stockholm stadium which was great as I could walk there easily.
There is a food hub on site which I didn't use but it looked plentiful.
Staff were also always very pleasant and attentive.
It was better value than the hotel I usually stay at for the diamond league so would definitely consider staying here instead.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. They also asked us additional questions to make sure we had all of the information needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was clean, and the heated floor was a great touch. We left a day early, but that was due to us getting our dates wrong - not because of anything to do with the hotel!

Stockholm’s famously huge number of museums includes the Naturhistoriska riksmuseet, the Moderna Museet and the Spritmuseum. City Hall hosts the famous Nobel Prize banquet and the Vasamuseet hosts the 300 year old Vasa warship.
The city’s past can be felt in Gamla Stan – Stockholm’s stunning Old Town with medieval layout, cobblestone streets and the Baroque-style Royal Palace. Designer Swedish clothes and interior decorations abound in the many unique stores throughout the city.
For a day away, ferries reveal the stunning Stockholm archipelago, a group of thousands of islands and rocks where you can enjoy hiking, outdoor swimming and fishing.
Whether you fly to Arlanda, Bromma, Skavsta or Västerås Airports, the city centre can be reached by either train or airport coach. Booking.com offers a wide choice of accommodations for your Stockholm holiday, from modern hotels, to unique botels and affordable hostels.
I fell in love with this city. It was my first time in Sweden and I heard about Stockholm being a dangerous city. Having experience from other European capital cities where I felt like I have to be constantly on alert to not get pickpocketed, Stockholm was such a breath of fresh air! I really did feel safe here. Of course things can happen anywhere, but Stockholm has a lot of relaxed peaceful aura that makes you feel comfortable.
We stayed for 2 days in total, one after flying into Sweden, and the other when coming back, as our main destination was another city, and these two days were not enough at all! Stockholm is the city to get lost in, check the different cafes and vintage shops.
I recommend getting the 24h public transport ticket that covers all means of public transport in the city. While the center is very walkable, there are a lot metro stations that are further from the center, but so worth visiting.
Something to take in mind when visiting - Stockholm is very different from other capital cities where night life blossoms. Here around 10pm, most places will be closing and the streets will be becoming more and more empty. It does have its charm though!
Will be definitely coming back!

Unfortunately Swedish railways had mechanical delays which meant I got to Stockholm more than a day late and I only had one night instead of 2.
The Royal Palace is well worth a visit, and you can spend time strolling around the old streets in Gamla Stan. The sea, canals and lakes are everywhere in Stockholm, and it feels very spacious. I enjoyed just walking around the harbours and coasts, and bought a very cheap ticker for the commuter ferry and just stayed on it for up to an hour then got off and walked back, though there are plenty of buses and trams too. If I had longer I would hire a bike or e-scooter.

Stockholm is a beautiful city, easy to navigate on foot, with fantastic places to eat and drink and a warm and friendly character to the people, so it's a fantastic place for a short break but it has the history and culture to sustain anyone interested in art, architecture, concerts and museums, as well as a host of fantastic bars and restaurants to keep you well fed and entertained.

Stockholm in June was beautiful and for people who want to dive into the culture and see the sites it needs 3 to 4 day to see everything. Many tour books say 2 days is enough and I guess if you just want to check it off a list it would be. But if you want spend time in museums, you really need at least 3 days, most likely 4. Two hours at the Vasa museum was not enough for example.
